Conceived in Rome and brought to life on the cosmopolitan streets of New York in 2015, Coreterno — which translates from Italian as eternal heart — draws inspiration from a wonderfully mysterious world inhabited by rebellious artists, poets, painters, and engravers of the past. Under the creative direction of Michelangelo Brancato, the Coreterno Eau de Parfum collection reinterprets archetypal Rock and Pop symbols, nineteenth-century portraits, mystical illustrations, and antique etchings — transforming them into olfactory works of art with a contemporary, irreverent twist. First introduced at Pitti Fragranze in Florence in September 2019, the fragrance line made a powerful debut with four bold, intoxicating creations by master perfumer Luca Maffei: Punk Motel, Hierba Nera, Rose & Me, and Catharsis. Today, the collection includes 12 distinctive Eau de Parfum, developed in artistic collaboration with renowned noses such as Luca Maffei and Arturetto Landi. Each fragrance channels the raw energy of Rock ’n’ Roll, the rebellious spirit of Punk, and the underground soul of the ’70s — infused with the timeless elegance of classical art.
