In the world of Liquides Imaginaires, perfume acts as a talisman—symbolic, emotionally rich, and complex. Philippe describes himself as an "olfactory artist" (*Buveur d'odeurs*—or "drinker of scents"); he does not position himself as a traditional perfumer, but rather as a storyteller. Before creating a fragrance, he conceives grand mythological, literary, or philosophical concepts, then collaborates with perfumers to translate these abstract ideas into original fragrances.
